Every month, we share the latest updates and improvements to our tools and services to ensure our Service Membership network is equipped to provide their customers with exceptional service and support. Read below for our latest enhancements!

AccountManager

• Building note fields were adjusted to capture a maximum of 5,000 characters to support standardization and streamlining of data entry fields.

ComplianceAssistant

• Optional Inspection ID and Inspection identifier columns have been added and can be incorporated into the home and building summary pages. To add the columns, simply hover your cursor over any headers in the view, select Columns, and mark the applicable checkboxes.

• To enhance the user experience, privileges have been updated to ensure all internal users can apply fixed dates to devices.

Dashboard

• To ensure users can quickly access the information they need, the Failed Device widgets were adjusted so the totals row is now visible without scrolling.

• Users with a custom user role now have access to additional widgets.

LiveArchive

• To ensure iOS users can open inspection reports, an adjustment was applied to resolve an identified issue.

NotificationManager

• Existing notifications can now be copied. To create a copy, select a notification in the list and click the Add (or Copy Selected) button in the top-right of the UI.

ScanSeries Standard Reports

• Issue resolved that previously caused an error when a negative adjustment in the daylight savings adjustment tool was selected.

• To avoid duplication, Fire Door devices were removed from the Equipment Report in SafetyScan since they already show in the Fire Door Report section of the report.
