AccountsManager
- To enable faster data entry, added the ability to tab between fields on the building add and edit windows.
Embedded Codes & Standards
- The 2025 edition of NFPA 72 has been added for use with FireScan. You can set this as the default for all buildings in your portal on the Organization tab of the Setup page (Settings > Organization) or as the default for a specific building by editing the building on the Accounts, Buildings, or Get Reports pages.
Get Reports Page
- “Inspector Signed” and “Building Rep. Signed” are new, optional fields that can be added to the inspection list on any ScanSeries tab. This allows you to easily see who signed an inspection without opening it. To add the columns, hover your cursor over any column heading, click the arrow, hover over Columns, and mark the appropriate checkboxes.
- On the Get Reports page, an issue that caused text to be omitted has been resolved. Previously, building names with text placed between the greater than and less than signs, such as “Building <123>” was only showing as “Building.” Now, the text will appear as part of the building name as intended.
- An issue that caused devices to retain their authorized status after a Building Owner has canceled the authorization process in the Proposed Solutions section of a standard ScanSeries report has been fixed.
Salesforce Integration
- A solution for tracked items displayed without spaces or commas when multiple inspections are linked to the same Opportunity or Work Order has been implemented.
ScanSeries Mobile Application (iOS)
- Previously, users were not able to open inspection reports on the Inspections tab of BRMobile in the iOS ScanSeries application. This issue has now been resolved.
ScanSeries Standard Reports
- The issue that caused Impairments to be displayed in the Proposed Solutions section of the SprinklerScan Standard Report has been fixed.
- Identified and resolved the issue that caused certain SuppressionScan inspections with device photos to not generate in the Standard SuppressionScan format.
- To improve reporting, a solution has been implemented to ensure that information displayed on the second line of the service company’s street address and the second line of the building’s street address in the Executive Summary section of standard ScanSeries reports is accurate.
- Previously, pump test graphs were not displaying in the Standard SprinklerScan report if the pump device had a system type value other than “Fire Pump.” This issue has been fixed.
Setup Page
- To ensure certification expiration dates are being displayed on the Company Info tab, a solution was identified and implemented.
